THE THANG:
Started with a round of duck-duck-goose but with coupons. Each pax duck walked their coupon down to the green indian style where the last pax mosey’d to the front doing a rifle carry.
Then played musical chairs. The coupons were loaded into the middle and different MOT were used to circle the green. When the music randomly stopped it was a mad dash to grab a coupon. If you got a coupon, 12 curls, if you didn’t, 5 burpees. Coupons decreased by 1 each round.
Then played hot potato Dora. In pairs, the pax did 88 Thrusters, 88 WW3 situps and 88 overhead presses. While one works, the other rifle carries with the potato (a coupon). If the music stopped while carrying the potato you must immediately do 3 blockees.
Lastly, Ring of fire to 88 with merkins, squat jumps and LBCs. Again to music, if the music stopped you must hold the plank, invisible chair or 6 inches until the music started again.
