What We Do
Backblasts
The Sandlot is a bootcamp style AO that meets on Monday and Wednesday mornings at 5:30 at Lillian Webb Park in historic downtown Norcross. We meet at the top of the stairs by the flagpoles. Most of our beatdowns include some variation of body-weight exercises mixed with some running/cardio. We finish at 6:15 and will often have coffee in the parking lot following the workout. Come join our Site Q Boardwalk and other PAX as they accelerate their 1st F with other men in Norcross.
