What We Do
Tracks is a bootcamp style AO that meets on Tuesday mornings at 5:30 at Downtown Duluth Park (see map pin below.) Most of our beatdowns include some variation of body-weight exercises mixed with some running. We finish at 6:15 and will often have coffee in the parking lot following the workout. Come join our Site Q Radar and other PAX as they accelerate their 1stF with other men in Duluth.
