Partner up for a 2x2x7s. This was a new one in my head that I thought might work at the yard. It did to an extent. Need to modify in future to put pax of similar run capability together and partner with pax of slower capability.
Idea is 2 pax run together for partner 7s. 2 partners one way around loop, 2 the opposite way around loop. Meet up and do 7s exercise… In this case we did 4 count flutter kicks and when we met our partner again, we did V-ups. Each lap = 2 exercises adding up to 7. It worked. Sorta. Will modify and bring back out again.
10 count tried again. The yardie boys need to learn to count. Recovery is needed and being able to do it together is helpful.
Mosey to the cinderblocks.
We did a 13minute TABATA. 8 reps of 3 exercises 20 seconds on 10 seconds off. So we did 8 rounds of Chest Press. 8 Rounds of Skull Crushers and 8 rounds of curls. Mumblechatter was HIGH. Q had to tell a few pax to shut up. Q didn’t want to do this, but Q was annoyed.
