Q: Homer ,
PAX: Cross Check, Pigskin, Temu, Luau (F3 Gwinnett), Mutt, Chopsticks, Spud, Nanny, Fireball, Gump (F3 Kansas City), Urkel, YouTube, Chef, Miyagi, Homer, Roll, TumTum
FNGs: None
COUNT: 17
CONDITIONS: Coupon-y
WARMUP: Windmill, Weedpicker, Hangover, Moroccan Night Club, HillBilly, SSH
THE THANG:
Grab your coupon and head toward the LUAU Hill.
Dubbed LUAU hill today for the LUnge Worms (its in the exicon) and the “OW!” that would be coming.
I also explained we’d be doing things in 100s (all about the benjamins from the Exicon) We left the coupons at the base of the hill.
Lunge Worms are two lunge steps. Inch Worm to plank. 2 merkins. Inch worm back to stand, and continue with Lunges. PAX would complete 25 Lunge Worms Up Hill, and then return back to bottom to their coupon of choice.
Here, the work was choose your own adventure. 25 of Curls, OHP, Chest Press, Rows. (Cross Check started doing these crazy 2 coupon rows that still hurt me just watching)
Rinse and Repeat for 25ish minutes. Goal was to give us enough Hill Work but also time to get back to flag for Intentional Mary
MARY: I explained that Mary is important. Just as important as the warm up, disclaimer, and main Thang. This is the time where new guys really get to feel some fellowship and learn basics of calling cadence of core exercises. We need to make sure to give guys an opportunity to learn the basics in the circle on your six.
Everyone called something. 17 somethings. We went past time, but we accelerated at the same time.
Good seeing everyone. So great to have a good central location for so much representation from other AOs.
Also so good to see so many 2.0s, both older and younger!
Each PAX got a tiny coupon from Homer which He will be using to visually track posts in 2026.
