CONDITIONS: Mid 20’s outside … Warmer in the parking deck!
WARMUP: SSH, Copperhead squats, LBAC, Pool Pissers, Imperial Walkers
THE THANG: After meeting in our traditional parking lot again (YES!), we decided to return to the parking deck for one more beatdown. Traditional DORA with a twist. PAX partnered up to complete the following exercises:
– 100 Foxholes
– 200 Big Boy Situps
– 300 Squats
MOT: Lunge walk to far end of parking deck, mosey back. Next trip full mosey around parking deck. PAX alternated MOT each round until everybody completed DORA.
Next, PAX did Marco … Mosey down parking deck and jumping to touch each concrete beam. Return to starting point.
Final exercise was merkin mountain with PAX doing 5 merkins at each column increasing by 5 until you reach 25 merkins and then reduce merkins by 5 until you reach the end of the parking deck.
