THE THANG:
Darts and dashes: Through two darts at a dart board. There was a corresponding list of workouts alongside a number. The first dart indicated the exercise and the second was the rep count. A bulls eye was a short break and the outer bullseye was throwers choice. If a dart did stick to the board we ran a figure 8.
8s: Chef threw the last two darts to select the exercises for “8s”. Pepperoni spun a wheel to give us the mode of transportation. We did squat jumps, foxholes, bear crawls and reverse lunges
