THE THANG: Pax do a continuous mosey except when they stop to perform an exercise. The mosey should be enjoyable, visiting new areas of the city, and at a pace that all can handle. Based on the Q’s whim, we did the following exercises (doing 25 or 50 reps depending on Qs mood at that stop). No man left behind, so early finishers planked or preacher seated until six was in with each exercise:

Dips
Single leg squat at wall (equal reps per side)
Arm curls with block
Squats with block
Skull crushers with block
Inch worms (walk out with hands to plank position and back, repeat)
Hip dips (equal reps per side)
Fox holes
Hip thusters (where morning traffic can see you)
Leg lifts
Declined merkins
End with 15 burpees
