Moseyed to amphitheater, 2 pax do med ball passes, others run loop around amphitheater stopping to do 10 reps of pax choice at top, repeat till all had a turn
Sprint through the minors- 1 length of parking lot for A ball, short rest, 2 lengths for AA, etc up to 4 for majors. They say it’s hard to get there, but even harder to stay, so we got demoted back down through the levels
