2. Station 2: Run to Gazebo – Do 10 Murkens,
3. Station 3: Run to Pavilion – Do 20 Dips on bench/Stairs,
4. Station 4: Run to lamp post – Do 30 Air squats,
– Run back up stairs back to station #1.
– Repeat as many times as possible until the end of time.

MARY: We then did an a routine with Bicycle kicks, LBC’s, Froggy cruches, and 6 other ab exercises by each PAX in a circular round.
ANNOUNCEMENTS: Couple Alpha region events for December: Santa Ruck (not sure of location/details) and Christmas challenge (name is wrong, not sure) at Perimeter Church later in December.
