CONDITIONS: wet. YHC made a last minute change from our recent parking ‘deck’ to the real parking deck under the Courtyard. This one was our home in the early days. Especially when the parking lot was shut down to build the astroturf green.

WARMUP: Several things including some SSH until Luau got out of his truck and joined us. There were a bunch and we lost count :slightly_smiling_face:
THE THANG:
10 cones. 1 exercise at each cone with a rep count. Start at one and escalate up (and back down) Walk your coupon to each cone up to cone 5 because you might need it. Do as many as you can. Going up and coming down.
1. 5 Merkins
2. 10 kettlebell swings
3. 15 curls
4. 20 Big Boy Sit Ups or SLOW Crunches
5. 25 Over Head Press
6. 30 SSH
7. 35 LBCs
8. 40 Squats
9. 45 Flutter Kicks
10. 50 American Hammers

Most Pax made it to cone 8. It was a good one to keep in the mix. Similar to Blart’s Escalator and the challenge at Wolf Den
