– 18 holes (grouped into six workout rounds of three holes each)
– Each round starts with 36 reps for each workout
– Three participants putt one balls before each round
– Each made putt = -9 reps for all workouts in the round
– Max reduction = 27 reps (minimum 9 reps per workout)

– Rotate putters each round
– Complete remaining reps of the assigned movement with a sprint in between each hole
