Round 2: One partner does suicide and each cone they drop and 3 Burpees, while other partner is AMRAP Flutter kicks. Once done, switch and repeat.

Round 1: Partner A lays on back and chest presses coupon while flutter kicking – 50 reps; Partner B holds low plank. Switch and repeat.
Round 2: Partner A does 25 reps of WWIII sit ups while Partner B does reverse crunches. Switch and repeat.
Round 3: Partner A does 25 reps of straight arm raises from hips to chest w/ coupon while Partner B does high knees. Switch and repeat.
