Grabbed blocks for the 40s!
Perform 40 reps of the following exercises. Break them up as needed to keep good form!
– Bent over rows
– Burpees
– Coupon swings
– Overhead press
– Squats
Round 2
Repeat the following 3 times:
– 3 coupon slide merkins
– one hand on coupon, the other on the ground. Perform merkin, slide block to other side and repeat with opposite hands.
– Bear crawl 24 paces (not spaces!)
– Run to end of parking lot and back
Round 3
– 24 curls
– 24 lunges
Return blocks!
