Goodbye Mufasa
One PAX lies down and grabs other PAX’s ankles. Lying PAX does a leg lift, then standing PAX shoves their legs down to the ground. Lying PAX must engage core to stop their feet from hitting the ground. 15-count then switch, x3.
Dora 150’s
Perform 150 merkins, 150 big boy sit-ups, and 150 Bobby Hurley’s. One PAX exercises while other PAX runs lap around green space, then switch.
Duck Jousting
Free for all. Must stay within designated area. PAX must duck walk, and try to knock each other over by bumping and pushing. Arms must stay crossed in front of chest. Do 10 burpees when eliminated. Last one standing is winner.
