Winning Condition:
The first team to complete all of their assigned cumulative reps for both BOMBS and BLIMPS, with verification from the Q, wins.

Team Miyagi wins…. Not sure it was fair to have Miyagi, Hyzer (98/200), and Finch on the same team. :rolling_on_the_floor_laughing:

Strategic Elements for Leaders:
– Know Your Team: Leaders need to quickly assess the strengths and weaknesses of their team members. Who can handle more burpees? Who is better at endurance exercises?
– Fair Distribution (or Not!): Leaders can choose to distribute reps evenly or give more to stronger members to speed things up, but at the risk of burning them out.
– Motivation: Keep the team pushing, especially when facing penalties.
– Accuracy: Leaders are responsible for ensuring reps are properly counted and executed by their team members to avoid penalties. A quick “form check” before starting an exercise for the team could be valuable.
– Communication: Clear and concise instructions are key.
