THE THANG:
One rule, train whistle means 5 burpees for everyone, a toy whistle was provided that anyone could blow at any time
Build the tracks:
Split into groups of 4 at the amphitheater. One from each group did brick layers around the loop, while others from group did amrap of following exercises 10/ea and rotating through:
Merkins
Bbsu
Goblet squats
Curls
Tri press
Leg lifts
Calf raises
Run loop around amphitheater
When the bricklayer completes 10/ea side, they returned and the next person from the group ran and continued the bricklayers. This progressed more slowly than anticipated. We got a bit around the circle then started coming back.
Next we had to earn the train ticket by doing a ssh loop… 3 ssh at each lamp post while running the loop around the green.
Drive the train… got in a line, first pax does 10 murder bunnies and then runs to back of line, 2nd pax calls out exercise that the rest complete. Rotated through for a bit and ran short on time.
