Circuit 1] Run down hill, do 10 step ups on rock ledge, then bernie back up, then 10 merkins, then Broad Jump 10 yards, then Bear Crawl 10 yards, then Lunge 10 yards, then Bernie down other hill w/ a Bonus Burpee at Bottom then Bernie back up, then run 30 yards back to beginning. Repeat and Repeat (3 times total).

Circuit 2] Coupon work: Walk 10 yards whilst curling coupon, then 10 yards doing OHP, then 10 yards doing KBS-BJ (ask Mutt!), then 10 yards doing Murder Bunnies, then 10 yards rifle carry whilst lunge walking. Repeat and Repeat (3 times total).

Then since we were so beastly and speedy, Did a 4th round of Circuit 1 and a 4th of Circuit 2.
