*Same workout as 12/1, but this time with Cinders!
40 minutes of laps around 4 stations:
1. Station 1: Top of Lillian Webb Park stairs – Do 10 burpees,
2. Station 2: Run to Gazebo – Do 20 Overhead presses,
3. Station 3: Run to Pavilion – Do 30 Bicep curls,
4. Station 4: Run to lamp post – Do 40 Air squats.
– Run back up stairs back to station #1.
– Repeat as many times as possible until the end of time.
MARY: 5-10 minute ab routine to end the Q. We did Bicycles, then each rotated calling out an ab exercise.
