– partner DORA: one PAX runs a lap around the park while the other partner completes exercises. Trade off after each lap, accumulating reps together.

– Departed Thrasher as a group for scenic mosey down Wingo Street, through the NPD station parking lot and out the other side to Lawrenceville St.
– Paused at the bottom of the steep driveway leading to the back of the community center parking lot. Did 20 mountain climbers (4 CT), then sprinted up the driveway.
– From the community center parking lot, moseyed back to start at Lilian Web Park.
