This is a stack workout.
You’ll complete the exercises in order:
Round 1: Exercise 1
Round 2: Exercise 1 + Exercise 2
Round 3: Exercise 1 + Exercise 2 + Exercise 3
… all the way to Round 8.

Every round begins at the Christmas Tree with 2 Push-Up Complex
(Head – Shoulders – Knees – Toes – Push-Up = 1 rep).
