THE THANG: Tabata time!
We took our coupons and headed down to the amphitheater where the Q then gave instructions of what would happen.
Each ist set would consist of two exercises. We would do one for 30 seconds and then the cool down time for the tabata timer means just resting the first muscle group but not our heart or lungs. So we alternate between the two exercises 30 seconds, then 30 seconds for a total of 4 minutes each round.
Round 1: merkins/lbcs
Round 2: dips/reverse crunches
Round 3: kettle bell/ curls
Round 4: OHP / weighted squats
Break: 5 laps up/down amphitheater, then balls to the wall until 6s are in.
Round 5: cross over merks on coupon/American hammer
Round 6: chest press/ Freddy Mercury
Round 7: thrusters/bent over rows
