Ultimate Training
PAX in a circle. Hold Al Gore and pass frisbee. If frisbee drops, passer and catcher do 3 burpees.
Do this for 1 minute, then each PAX back up 2 steps and repeat for another minute. Then for the 3rd minute, PAX had to hold a plank instead of Al Gore.
Build Your Own Taco
Went in a circle. One PAX chose an exercise, next PAX chose the rep count, then we all did it together.
Ultimate Training Part 2
Split in 2 groups. Half of each group on one side of the green, other half each group facing them on the opposite side of the green. PAX run across the green, catch the frisbee, then turn and throw to the next PAX. Continuously for 5 minutes.
