THE THANG: Mosey from Flags to Football Stadium top level of parking deck.
Split into 2 teams for 7s. Stay together as a team.
On one end of parking lot, 1 merkin, run to midway point, 6 big bois. Run back, 2 merkins, run to midway, 5 big bois. And so on… always totaling 7.
After reading 6 merkins, 1 big boi, do it in reverse. Next the PAX circled up for burpees around the circle.
The Q instructed the pax to share one word for where they are in life or something that can be prayed for/over them. After a pax gave their word, burpee for all, then next pax shares their word, etc…
Words shared included: patience, faithfulness, calling, endurance, stillness, sabbath, passion, purpose Next, the pax moseyed back to the flag, picking up the 6 along the way, finding Waikiki along the way, and some other exercises along the way or back at the flag.
