Using the parking lot lines
Start at one end do the following:
10 overhead presses with coupon then run to first line 5 Merlin’s, return do 10 more presses then skip a line and do 10 Merkins. Keep adding 5 merkins and repeat until you complete 25 Merkins.

Then we repeated the pattern with the following exercises:
10 hammers with coupon – plank jacks
10 curls with coupon – burpees
10 Lunges with coupon – squat jumps

Swim:
30 flutter kicks in pool on belly then free style down and back
20 j-lows the back stroke down and back
10 jump switch lunges then run down and back
Repeat until time
