Disclaimer, warmup and while we waited on FNG and late comers we started a Dora but basically just did 12-15 burpees each.

Grab a weight vest or ruck. We will share along the route if you didn’t have. Couldn’t head the direction I wanted because path was closed, so we went route B.

A favorite for when you need something to do… string of pearls run or ruck. I modify it and call it a 10&10. Basically distance until a good area appears to do 2 exercises of 10 reps each

We did ~2.25 miles ruck. Stopped 10 times and did 10 merkins & 10 LBCs. Had pax choose another two exercises. We stopped 10 more times along way and did 10 squats & 10 v-ups

Met back at flag and did 10 more of each.
