Today’s session took us on a three-stop adventure through downtown Duluth, hitting every major muscle group along the way.
Stop 1 – Stairway to Heaven (Over 55 Active Community)
We kicked things off with leg destruction—think stair sprints, lunges, and step-ups that set the quads, glutes, and calves on fire. Gravity was our enemy!

Stop 2 – Library Parking Lot (Four Corners)
Here, it was all about the upper body and grit. Each corner brought a new challenge—push-ups, should tap push-up, Carolina Dry Docks, Hi/Lo Panks, Burpee Central. Heart rate? Elevated. Arms? Shaking.

Stop 3 – The Rock Pit
We finished strong with a partner curl burnout using—you guessed it—rocks. Add in some running intervals between sets, and the biceps got all the love (and hate) they could handle.
