Do each exercise on your own but in sets of 25. After 25 reps, sprint to other side of parking lot – do 5 burpees/merkins, sprint back and continue until you finish.
Exercises:
25 Merkins = 5 burpees
50 BBSUs = 10 burpees
100 Jumping Squats = 20 burpees
150 mountain climbers (single count) = 30 burpees
200 heel taps (alpha) = 40 burpees
Almost all PAX completed Heel Taps totaling 105 burpees/merkins
250 lunges = 50 burpees
300 SSH = 60 burpees
