YHC indicated the mosey loop and the 6 exercises.
Round 1, do all 6 exercises & 1 lap, round 2, 5 exercises, drop the last exercise & 2 laps. Each round we drop the last exercise but add another lap.
Here’s the exercises:
1. Burpess 10
2. Overhead Press 20
3. Goblet Squat 30
4. Chess Press 40
5. Carolina Dry Dock 50
6. Curl 60
then mosey 1 lap.
We managed to complete 4 or 5 rounds.
