WARMUP: few reps of each exercise to confirm form and run one loop
THE THANG:PAX will perform RX reps without stopping until “burn out” (burn out is defined as no longer being able to complete an RX rep) and record their total number of reps on the scoreboard. Then run ~400m. Rinse and repeat with next exercise. PAX can start the next exercise as soon as they complete the run. The Challenge is to tally as many points as possible within 40 minutes. Each rep counts as 1 point. The ~400m run done between each exercise counts for 25 points.
– If a PAX burns out on all 8 exercises and completes all 8 runs in less than 40 minutes, they are done.
– Most points wins
– Exercises are below and to be done in this order with the run in between each. Start a 40 minute timer. (Depending on number of reps, PAX may not make it through all exercises).
– Coupon Merkins (Chest to coupon at the bottom and elbows locked at top)
– Coupon Overhead Press (Eyes OVER coupon at the bottom and head under the coupon with elbows locked at the top)
– Coupon goblet squats. (Coupon held with two hands in front of chest, knees locked and butt tucked at top, thighs parallel to the ground at the bottom)
– Standing coupon skull crushers (Elbows locked straight above head at top and at 90 degrees with coupon behind head at bottom)
– WW3 sit ups (Coupon held up with shoulders on the ground, sit up while doing a coupon press at the top, hold coupon at top of press, lay back to shoulders with coupon up and then do a down/up press for a complete one rep)
– Coupon curls (Coupon must tap thighs at bottom and chest at top)
– Coupon chest press (laying on your back, coupon touches chest at bottom and elbows lock out at top)
– BBSU (NO coupon. Shoulders touch the ground at the bottom, fingers touch any part of shoes at the top)
