Each PAX pull a card dealer runs a lap while dealer runs PAX do the exercise on the card. Rotate through all the Stations. Pull new cards upon completing all Stations. We did 3 hands of Card Stations

Naked Moleskin: my personal prayers for this year is for more men to 1. Go to the Doctor 2. Find other men to have influence and be influenced 3. Show up at F3. Personally this summer I have been inconsistent and I have not only seen the effects physically but also mentally, spiritually and inmy relationships. A lot of the excuses were the kids are home, tired, traveling etc. While valid I want to prioritize F3 so I can be a leader to others, to my son and makes me a better leader of my family. I want to thank Paterno and Flambeaux for inviting new guys recently. It has encouraged me to want to be better and more consistent. My life functions better when I take the time to start the morning with hard things with other men.
Seeing my BIL after he died on the table and knowing that we have a responsibility to our wives and kids to be here as long as possibly. Sorry for the rant.
