First stop at intersection for 7’s (merkins at intersection run to fountain for squats).
Mosey to fountain – incline merkins followed by dips until you go all the way around fountain.
Lunge walk to stage for Mary (plank jacks, BBSU, crunches, American Hammers, flutter kicks & fox holes).
Mosey to flag. Alternate exercises between access points until you reach bridge (incline merkins, squat touches, dips).
Mosey to parking lot.
