THE THANG: 6 stations (coupon merkins, coupon curls, coupon overhead press, coupon overhead skull crushers, coupon chest press, dips) 50 reps each while carrying block with you to center of hexagon for 10 rowers between each of the 6 exercises. Once all PAX were around a full cycle (350 reps) we ran around the park and trail. Back to hexagon for a speed round of 10 reps each exercise with 5 rowers in between.
