NMM: Miyagi ran circles around us per usual. He is working on his 4th degree black belt and his instructor decided to make him do the impossible mile with 400m burpees, bear crawl, and lunge walk. I’d say he’s training in the right place. Just set your alarm a little earlier. While not a big deal this morning, showing up on time is important for the Q to be able to accomplish his entire mission and distracts from it.
