Preamble:
Driving down to Hall of Justice, YHC notice that the moon was rather large and had a reddish orange tint and was thinking how many PAX will show. I come to find out tomorrow will be a total lunar eclipse in the gloom. YHC had check slack and there's no HC…just Val and a FNG. Arriving at the shovel flag the PAX was already there and was ready. A few minutes later another FNG (Truman), came and joined us. A couple of weeks ago he said he was going to come and join us and he did!
After the normal disclaimer, off we go.
WARM-O-RAMA
Moseyed around the stage and then down toward the water fountain area where we circled up and started the warm up stretch.

THE THANG
Thang 1
Moseyed to the top corner of toward the North East corner of the park and instructed the PAX :
– 25x of Step Ups, Dips, Annies w/ Merkins, BBSU, and Squats
-Moseyed to the other side and stop at the 9/11 Memorial and do 5 Burpees, and 5 No surrender and another set of 5 each of
Burpees and No Surrender, with a return stop at the Memorial before ending back at the starting position.
Rinse and repeat for a second round and with the PAX already soaking wet decided for a change.
It never failed that during every beat down there's always "Old Town Pain Train". 10 burpees toward the end of the first set.
Thang 2
Moseyed back to the water fountain for a set of 7's (Jerkins and Shoulder tap with a mosey from one end of the water fountain to the other.
After finishing the set of seven we moseyed back to stage for some mary.

Truman – pray for God to restore/heal relationship with children.
Lift up the kids as they're finishing school this week.
