Upon arrival on this beautiful morning, the PAX informed the Q that the last eclipse was currently visible and but in full around 5:45. Although the Q had a plan, he thought a small adjustment couldn't hurt…..

THE THANG
After the Warm-o-rama we decided to stay where we could see the eclipse.
Thus we moseyed over for a Simba circle of life.
15 box jumps
15 derkins
15 dips
Hold for the 6
Repeat for a total of 3x.
We looked up at 5:45 and the eclipse had barely happened….
We can stay a little longer.
Then we did 7's with squats and Mike Tyson's on the swining benches.
Still, the eclipse wasn't done and we were approaching 6…… we'll do another thing the Q says.
We get in groups of 3 and do:
– 10 burpees
– crunchy frogs
– lunges
Once the burpees set is done, we rotated stations for a total of 3 times at each station.
It's 6:07 and the eclipse is now clearly visible.
To finish off the beatdown we did another set of 3.
-10 per leg 1 legged squats
– LBC
– Merkins
Mosey back to the flag to finish the beatdown.
