THE THANG:
Thang #1: Mosey to the back entrance of the city hall and used the stairs for our Eleven. Exercises: InchWorm (Bottom), Bonnier Blair (Top), Calf Raise 2x in the middle of the stair.

Thang #2: Short mosey to the walkway between city hall & stage area. We built BLIMPS. YHC indicated 6 pain stations. Started with one exericse, next station, ex 1 & ex2, next station: ex 1, 2 & 3 and so on.
The exercises were: 5-BURPEES, 10-LUNGES (AC), 15-IMPERIAL WALKER (AC), 20-MERCANS, 25-PLANK JACK & 30-SQUAT.

Everyone completed all the exercises & mosey to the flag.
