The Olympics are still on
WARM-O-RAMA
Mosey, imperial walkers thru the tunnel and lbc’s(because Lector begged me to do them)
THE THANG
Discus(frisbee), shot put, hammer throw(a real 2 lb maul), javelin, and horse shoes(this should really be an Olympic event) 5 burpees to compete in each event. Pax did crunches, A hammers, merkins, squats while each person did event, winner got to watch losers do burpees. Finished with a burpee mile. Everyone won an event except Lector who got an honorable mention for his LBC’s during the warmup. Pax did 100 burpees by the end.
