Light Mosey over to the pre-assembled row of cinder blocks…circle up for the following;
– Side Straddle Hops
– Sun Gods forward, then reverse
– Seal Claps

THE THANG
Pax each picked up (2) coupons (cinder blocks) and continued to the east side lawn area
The following exercises were performed at point A, followed by a carry of both coupons to the other end of the lawn, point B. At point B, another series of exercises were performed.
– 20 Squats ~ 20 Lunges
– 20 Merkins ~ 10 Blockees
– 20 Dips ~ 20 Tricep Extensions
Blockee Dan's were performed the full length of the field;
– 4 Lunges, 1 Blockee…4 Lunges, 1 Blockee…rinse / repeat until point B is reached
– 6 Lunges, 1 Blockee…6 Lunges, 1 Blockee…rinse / repeat until point A is reached
Murder Bunnies were performed approximately half the length of the field
Resurrection Bunnies Bunnies were performed back to point A
Back to the carrying both coupons the length of field…
– 20 Merkins ~ 20 Derkins
– 20 Dips ~ 20 Tricep Extensions
Circle up for Ab Work;

Coupons were carried back to the parking lot and deposited…Q realized there were a couple minutes of BD remaining…
