Preamble:
As the Murph on Memorial Day at The Bridge is fast approaching, figured it would be a good opportunity to prep the AO for that prestigious event. As YHC's wheel is still on the mend, wanted to make sure we got as much work in while still ensuring that the Q could actually finish. Thus, the BD had a little bit of everything to ensure everyone got a good sweat.

WARM-O-RAMA
10 Weedpickers
10 Windmills
10 Hillbillies
15 Arm Circles
15 Side straddle hops
Mosey around the Village Green (small loop – we had a lot to do)

THE THANG
Not quite a full Murph (more like a SMurph), but we did do all the requisite reps (although we modified to Rows vs pullups)
Round 1: 10 Rows, 20 Merkens, 30 Air Squats, 1 Lap around the green doing a farmer's carry with coupon
Round 2: 20 / 40 / 60, 1 Lap
Round 3: 30 / 60 / 90, 1 Lap
Round 4: 40 / 80 / 120, 1 Lap

Re-group, assembled on the walk around the green for Zamperindian Lunge Walks (Pax lunge walks in line with coupons , 6 quick times to the front of the line while holding their coupon in a Zamperini) – did 2 laps

Re-group, circled up for Ring of Fire, Pax holding coupons over-head, each Pax doing 1 shoulder press and holding while the subsequent Pax did their press, and so on. Last man standing (Saint 2.0) held out through 200 group reps.

Finished with 5 minutes of Mary

COT
Prayers for a smooth closing for Ballboy's house, and praise for great results for Ready-Mix's stress test. We also held up the country and the world for special prayers of unity and healing).

NAKED-MAN MOLESKIN
YHC always wants to ensure that the group gets a something out of the BD. Have learned from my brothers that simplicity with ruthless execution is often the best way to run a BD. I hope everyone got just a little stronger and a little faster after this one.
