Mosey up to the base of the bridge, and did a series of warm up exercises: Toy Soldiers, Copperhead Squats, Kevin Willis' (not to be confused with Jon Koncak's), SSH
Thang 1: PAX in plank position while one member ran the distance of the bridge and did 10x Merkins, then each member followed in sequence. Reversed it with wall-sits and 10x LBCs.
Thang 2: Partner up and worked through 80 Burpies, 150 V-Ups, 200 SSH, 250 Overhead Claps – one partner exercising, the other running the bridge length down and back up stairs.
Thang 3: 11's on the parking deck ramp with single count lunges and smurf-jacks.
