WARMUP:
– Mosey to the bowl.
THE THANG:
1. Ascending the Coliseum:
– At the left end of the lowest level complete 5 Dips, Run to the other end of the same level and complete 5 Box Jumps.
– Move up to the next level of The Coliseum and level up to 10 Dips and 10 Box Jumps.
– Keep leveling up until 20 Dips and 20 Box Jumps —> Man some of those levels are REALLY tall. :sweat:
2. The ascending continues:
– Same format as above but switch to 5 Derkins, Run to other side and complete 5 Copperhead Squats.
– Repeat, leveling up rows and reps, until reaching the top of The Bowl, finishing with 25 Derkins and 25 Copperhead Squats.
3. Celebrate reaching the top of the Coliseum by holding a Balls to the Wall for 30 seconds.
4. Descending the Coliseum:
– Starting at the right end of the highest level of The Coliseum, complete 5 Side Straddle Hops, Run to the other end and complete 5 Big Boy Sit-ups.
– Move down 1 level of The Coliseum, but level up the reps to 10 Side Straddle Hops and 10 Big Boy Sit-ups.
– Continue this pattern until reaching the lowest level of The Coliseum and therefore completing 45 Side Straddle Hops and 45 Big Boy Sit-ups.
5. Celebrate making it back down to the floor level by running a lap around the pond.
6. Stairway(s) to Heaven:
– Starting on the floor level of the Coliseum at the Right-Edge set of stairs, Run to the top of the stairs and then back down the same set of stairs, touching every step; no double-steps.
– Move to the Center-Right set of stairs and repeat.
– Move to the Center-Left set of stairs and repeat.
– Move to the Left-Edge set of stairs and Run to the top. Once reaching the top, take a hard left continue up the next set of stairs up to the bridge and plaza level, continue straight ahead and the run the final 3 flights of stairs to the top of the world (Rooftop Bar).
– Mosey back down to the floor level of The Coliseum to complete the workout.
