Node workout with ascending count of 5 each node. Begin with 10 burpees, 25 crunches, 25 American hammers, 25 flutter kicks. Then on to node 1 for 5 merkins, then 10, 15, 20. Repeat burpees and ab exercises. Then on to node 1 for 10 squats, then 15, 20, 25. Repeat burpees and abbs. Then on to node 1 for 15 monkey humpers, then 20, 25, and 30.
Mosey to coupons by the church for 15 curls, 15 presses and 15 rows. Then murda bunnies to the line and recover back. 3 times
Then back to garage and heard thunderstruck begin on the jambox. Of course that means more merkins. Lost the pax half way and switched to leg raises.
