Preamble:
YHC tried to make this BD a burpee free zone at least for today, however, since our AO next to the train track that would be unlikely. From pass experience, there was at least one pain train passed by during the BD (5 burpees each time the train passed by).
WARM-O-RAMA
We moseyed toward the play ground next to the city hall, where we did Windmill, WeedPicker, Moroccan Night Club & SSH and 5 burpees because of the pain train.
THE THANG
Then we moseyed to the green area across from the city hall for our main course.
11: Inch worm & Calf Raise ( lunge walk to the other side and mosey back).
Plank for the six. Then we moseyed to parking lot behind the Red Clay Theater and picked our coupon from the coupon piles.
11: Curl and Overhead press (farmer’s carry the coupon toward the midway point of the parking lot).
11: Skull Crusher and Squat (mosey in between) and 5 burpees because another pain train.
With a few minutes left, YHC called for time and returned the coupons to the pile and moseyed back to flag for some mary: Dying Cockroach, BBSU and another that YHC couldn’t remember.
