YHC wondered what would come of this morning. Knowing YouTube was traveling, I had texted Sensei about coming who said he would be there. As I was leaving my driveway, I got a text from Sensei saying he had a sore throat due to being up late the last few nights getting a painting ready to send to S. Korea, so my only hope to avoid a solo beatdown was any other PAX who didn't HC. It would turn out that no other PAX would join YHC and I would be OYO.

Started out with a mosey around Suwanee Town Center Park. High knees and butt kickers, back to mosey. Stopped at the fountain for Weed Pickers and Little Baby Arm Circles forward and backward. Moseyed back to the stage.

Board of Pain – Complete all reps and 5 laps around half the green.

The rain was light at the start as YHC pondered what level of effort I would put into this with no one watching or encouraging me. I decided I would start by completing 50 of each, stopping occasionally to run the loop. I made it to the end of the list with 2 loops completed and I was feeling gassed already. By this time, the rain and wind had picked up significantly. It was at this moment that I decided I needed to push through. The motivation wasn't selfish, but rather for the other PAX and SadClowns that would one day Ring First Bell at a beatdown. I was able to make it halfway through the list and another loop around the green before the lightening struck. That was when I knew it was time to call it. I had pushed myself pretty hard, but wondered how much further I could have pushed with other PAX present.

As I was running, I prayed for Homer's VBS, YouTube's travel, Sensei, and Truman's family.

One of F3's 5 Core Values is that workouts are always held outdoors. The reason for this is that being outside when the weather is not peaches and cream builds durability. Although my exercises were done under the cover of the stage, I ran through the rain. I am definitely not running for cover next time.
