Started with Copperhead Squats, Toy Soldiers and Kevin Willis to get warmed up, then a slow mosey down the parking deck. Did a 3 lap stair climb buy-in – up the stairs, across the top deck, down the stairs and repeat.
Paired up and worked through the following:
125 Kettle Bell Swings (with Rucks)
100 Overhead Presses (with Rucks)
75 Monkey Humpers (this was fun with Rucks)
While the other partner circled the bottom level of the parking deck
Four Corners (3 rounds of the following):
1st Corner – 10x Merkins
2nd Corner – 10x Alternating Shoulder Taps
3rd Corner – 10x SSH
4th Corner – 10x "Can't Remember"!
7's up and down the ramp: Merkins + Lunges
