Read MoreYard is a bootcamp style AO that meets on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 5:30 and Saturday mornings at 7:00 at the Lawrenceville Lawn in Lawrenceville, GA (see map pin below.) Most of our beatdowns include some variation of body-weight exercises mixed with some running. We finish at 6:15 on Tuesday and Thursday and 8:00 on Saturdays and will often have coffee in the parking lot following the workout.
