Sasquatch is a bootcamp style AO that meets on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 5:30AM - 6:15AM at Henderson Park in Tucker (see map pin below.) Most of our beatdowns include some variation of body-weight exercises mixed with some running. You don’t have to be in shape to attend, but you should be willing to commit to Consistency and Accountability to Get Right.
